First Baptist Church of Fannett is a Bible-believing church located just outside of Beaumont in Fannett, TX. Our beliefs are firmly rooted in God’s Word and centered on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Our mission is simple yet foundational: to glorify God by loving others and making disciples.

We are joyfully affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention, and Golden Triangle Baptist Network, we are committed to both sound doctrine and Spirit-led ministry.

Called to Discipleship

We exist to glorify God and to walk in fellowship with one another as we pursue Christ. As a church, we believe that every believer is called to be a disciple and a disciple-maker. This means caring for one another, serving one another, and equipping each other to do the work of ministry.

This calling is shaped by the words of Jesus in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19–20), and it's central to everything we do—whether it's Sunday worship, small groups, local outreach, or everyday conversations.

Family

We believe church should feel like family and be a place where every generation is welcomed and nurtured in faith. From the youngest to the oldest, we desire for everyone to encounter the love of Christ and grow in their relationship with Him.

Every Sunday, we offer children’s ministries alongside our regular worship service. These age-appropriate environments are designed to help children learn about God’s truth in ways that are engaging, safe, and filled with care.

Leadership

First Baptist Church of Fannett is led by a team of servant-hearted leaders who are dedicated to Christ and the mission of making disciples as we go.

Our pastor provides sound, practical, and biblically faithful teaching each week. He has received both theological and pastoral training and is equipped to shepherd our church and reach our local community with the Gospel.

In addition to our pastor, we are blessed with a team of elders and deacons who provide spiritual oversight, support ministries, and serve the body with humility and grace. Together, they lead by example, living out the church’s mission in their homes, their workplaces, and their daily lives.
